Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that the prices are subject to airfreight rates and availability and are subject to change.

Customers have the flexibility to order farm mix, solid products, or customize boxes according to their preferences. However, it is important to note that specific varieties cannot be guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, substitutions may be made for items of a similar colour.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy applies both to regular cancellations and those related to delayed delivery. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware that delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as alterations in flight schedules or unforeseen inspection times.

​

In the rare event of discrepancies or issues with the delivered products, credits will only be processed if accompanied by supporting pictures. Customers must submit claims to sales@heydayblossom.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

The stated prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and delivery charges.

​

All payments are due prior to delivery.
